Doris’ great love of life and caring for whoever ‘called’ her is a lesson to all. Her laugh was exceptional and to be remembered as pure “Doris”. Good bye my friend, God Bless. I know you will be busy in Heaven.

I will always be thankful for Doris when I was 7 months pregnant with our twins and broke my water late at night and twenty below zero outside. She showed up at Malta hospital smile on her face and working hard to keep Grant and I calm. Our ride in the ground ambulance to Glasgow was good as Doris kept things in perspective. She always had time and love for everyone! Big hugs to her family, she will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Having moved to Spokane the fall after I graduated from high school, I have spent the last 55+ years traveling to Malta on occasion to visit family and friends. Every time I would run into Doris, wherever it might be, she always made me feel like she was so, so happy to see me. I will always treasure those memories. What a special person! My deepest condolences to you, Stan, and your family. Cherish all of the wonderful memories she left with each and every one of you.
