Delila Holderman, age 98, passed away March 3, 2017 in Billings, Montana.
Dee was born on January 15th, 1919 in Hinsdale, Montana to John and Matilda (Bundus) Rasmussen. She attended school in Hinsdale graduating in 1937. In 1939 she married Ray Holderman in Glasgow. To that union three sons were born; Raymond in 1940, Barry in 1948, and Robin in 1958. During the war, Delila was a welder in the Tacoma Shipyards. They later moved to Cupertino, California and was employed by Phillips Manufacturing until she retired in 1983. They continued to live in Cupertino until 2000 when they moved to Glasgow.
Dee was active playing cards with friends and continuing her lifetime passion of painting outdoor scenes. In the fall of 2011 she moved to Valley View Home, where she resided until her passing. She was honored to be crowned Harvest Queen 2013 at Valley View.
Delila is survived by her sons Raymond, Barry, and Robin; her sister Doris Reiber; three grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dee was preceded in death by her husband Ray in 2001; brothers, Kenneth Rasmussen and Wallace Rasmussen; sisters, Christina Harris, Ethel Partridge, Lee Barbour, Dawn McKee and Joanne Knutson.

And another family member passes. I have picked up Barry Holderman’s remains from the mortuary. Now to decide on a final resting arrangment for him. Barry was my best friend in High School and after. Spent some nice days at the Holderman home in Cupertino. RIP
