Shane T. Rees, 32, passed away June 15, 2017. Shane was born May 9th, 1985 in Glasgow, Montana. He was the beloved son of Randy and Carolyn Rees
Shane graduated from Wolf Point High School in 2003. He attended college at MSU in Billings and Western University in Dillion. He worked for the National Park Service at Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park and Yosemite National Park. He enjoyed ranching, was a gun enthusiast, avid 4-wheeler rider, competitive video gamer and was always the final authority on any subject. He was an amazing, loving uncle to three boys who loved and cherished their time together.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Margaret Rees and Charlotte Kolstad, and cousins Austin Kolstad and Nick Kolstad.
Shane is survived by his parents Randy and Carolyn Rees; brother Charles (Marianne) Rees; nephews Reilly, Maxwell and Westley Rees; grandfather George Kolstad; aunts Donna (John) Rorvik and family and Janet (Jim) Black and family; uncles Dean Kolstad, Darryl (Lori) Kolstad and Chris, and Gene (Ehrica) Kolstad and Jace.
Private family services will be held.
