Dear Anderson Family, I am so sorry to hear of Rita’s passing. She was always so friendly and sweet to me. Thank God , I didn’t know her from the police dept. but I always heard that she was so excellent at her job. So competent, and rightfully so. The world will miss her beautiful soul.

Rita had the most beautiful calming voice. She was the highest degree of professionalism as a dispatcher for Valley County. Her law enforcement family over the course of 40 years of service includes so very many people including officers, officials and the public that her life has touched. Thank you Rita for your service! You will be greatly missed.

Dear Anderson Family,
Rita was a senior on the bus to school and she would always share her snacks with us “little” kids. She is fondly rememebered.
