We are honored to have him for our Dad and cherish the many lesion he has taught us. We all felt his quiet deep love for each one of us. Working hard and playing hard were the mottos of his life. Serving behind the scenes is where Dad liked to be. Although the many, many years he served as a scoutmaster isn’t a behind the scene position, he taught us to always give it our very best and to keep moving forward until the job is done. It isn’t always about what we like as long as the job gets done the best that we can.
Dad had a very deep, tender testimony and love for Jesus Christ. He served in many positions in the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. He loved watching children color their coloring pages to see which colors they would use for what and the little reasonings behind the choices. He loved teaching little children.
We know every time we eat chocolate cake, brownies and/or ice cream we will be remembering Dad. Love you Dad, until we meet again.
