Larry Elfring, 68, of Glasgow, Montana, passed away on June 1, 2024.
Larry was born on March 8, 1956 to Robert and Marcella (Sylvester) Elfring at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Montana. Larry was a resident of group homes in Boulder, Glendive and Glasgow, all in Montana and was loved by all caregivers whom was able to work with him.
As a child, Larry loved nothing more than to go camping in Fort Peck, Montana and working in the shop with his dad. He enjoyed riding on the tractor with his dad and going on ATV rides. He was very fond of chocolate and enjoyed getting chocolate and comfy clothes in the mail!
Larry was preceded in death by his mother, Marcella Elfring. He is survived by his father, Robert (Shirley) Elfring of Glasgow, Montana, his sister Debbie (Lon) Stratton of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and his brother Dan (Melissa) Elfring of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces: Marcia (Jeff) Lynnes of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Caitlyn (Forest) Miller of Mount Rose, Colorado and nephew, Cody (Ashley) Elfring of Colorado Springs, Colorado; great-niece survivors include Emaleah and Sara Lynnes of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and great-nephew survivors include Andrew Lynnes of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Hunter and Tanner Elfring of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Everett Miller of Mount Rose, Colorado.
Services will be held at Bell Mortuary on July 10, 2024 at 9:30a.m. Condolences may be left for the family at bellmortuarymontana.com.

I’m so sorry to hear that Larry passed away. I worked at Eastmont when Larry lived there. He was quite the character.
I’m glad to see he got to go back to Glasgow, he so Loved his Family!!!!

I work with Larry at Boulder Mt. He was such a joy to be around . He was happy and a fun person to know . He had such a sweet and loving spirit . I grew up in Nashua but did not know Larry then only when I worked at Boulder River School and Hospital during college did I get to know him .
