Joyce F. Peck, age 83, of Glasgow, Montana passed away at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, Montana with family by her side on June 16, 2021.
Joyce was born in Glasgow, Montana to Charles and Elva (Johnston) Wood. She attended Glasgow grade and High Schools. She married Richard K. Peck on October 30, 1955.
She enjoyed being a homemaker: crocheting, gardening, raising flowers, fabric painting, playing bingo and sewing. She was a very artistic person and created the most beautiful Christmas Cookies. You could say she mastered the art of sewing making Barbie Doll clothes and wedding dresses.
Joyce worked at Campbell Lodge and Rustic Lodge in the 1970’s.
Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband Richard, sister, Charlotte Kolstad and brother, Bill Wood.
She is survived by her son, James (Lisa) Peck of Great Falls, Montana; her daughter, Karen (Don) Stein of Havre, Montana; grandchildren, Nolan and Hilary; great-grandchildren, Jadyn and Stephen Matkovich; and sister, Lynn (Gary) Ediger.
As per Joyce’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Bell Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements and condolences may be left for the family at bellmortuaryglasgow.com.

Donna Dascher says
Jim and Lisa,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I realize that we want to keep our parents forever, but God needs them more. It is our understanding that we all must go Home when our work is done. 83 years seems like such a short time compared to eternity in Heaven. Ya’ll take care and God bless you.
Love, Donna Dascher
