Dear Steve and Kent and families,
So sorry to read of your mom’s passing; although 91 is a good age to live to, nothing ever can assuage the loss of someone who is as extraordinary as a mother – who can count the profound ways in which they’ve molded and influenced our lives and their love for us. Our respects, thoughts and prayers are with you and for you and yours in this time of loss of someone so special. On behalf of myself and the entire executive board,
Niles Nelson

Susan Kirkman says
Our family has lost a great mother. My memories of my aunt always include food and laughter. I was always amazed she could handle 6 kids with calmness and love. My cousins and their families will miss her as will the rest of us that have not seen nearly enough of all of you in the past years. Sue Larson Kirkman
Frank Arb says
Kent and Steve and families,
Although I never knew your mother well, I have to think anyone that raises gentlemen of your stature and with the values you both have, must have been a wonderful caring woman. As I worked in the Bell funeral home, on occasion over the last couple years, I was always so impressed with the love and respect the community had for your family and the business your family built. That alone speaks volumes for your mother. I am so sorry for your loss. Even though we deal with death every day the loss of a family member will still cause a great pain in our soul. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Warm Personal Regards,
Frank and Susan Arb and the staff of the Forsyth Funeral Home.

Our sincere condolences concerning the passing of such a prominent member of Valley County. We apologize for not attending the service, as we just read the obituary late this afternoon.
Many memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew Dorothy as Wife, Mother, and Friend.
