Denise Tiffany, age 74, of Glasgow, Montana passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 after battling COPD, at her son’s home in Bismarck, North Dakota with her husband, son and daughter-in-law by her side. Prior to that, her daughter Bobbi and her husband Chris had cared for Denise at the Tiffany residence in Glasgow for 3 months.
Denise was born on July 27, 1946 in Regina, SK, Canada to Rene and Jeanine Bechard. She spent her first 37 years working in Regina, Canada.
In 1984, she married her true love, Leroy Tiffany. After spending another 6 years in Craven, SK where Leroy had a gun shop, they moved to the US, where she became a US citizen. In 1996, they moved to Glasgow and opened a gun shop.
Denise was very active and loved to cook for people and functions, especially those at the VFW in Glasgow- where she served as the VFW Auxiliary President. She loved motorcycle rides and trips with “Leroy and the boys”. Her favorite trip was 2 weeks in Porto Plata, Dominican Republic. She enjoyed the outdoors and camping trips with family. She loved visits from family and friends, who were always the beneficiaries of her great hostess skills.
Denise was loved by those who knew her and will be greatly missed, especially by Leroy and dogs, Gizmo and Sadie.
Denise leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Leroy; a son, Michael (Dee) Tiffany; a daughter, Bobbi (Chris) Frame; siblings, Robert, Larrane, Deloris and Yvonne; 5 grandchildren, Michael Jr, Kayla, Caleb, Kira and Conner; brother-in-law, Pat; sister-in-law, Margie and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life luncheon at the VFW Post in Glasgow later this summer.
