Byron most certainly was a gem. Many years ago when Byron & Elinor were visiting upstate, he was still working at Sears, he gave me a few tips to get my push motor going it worked and have been tinkering with lawn mower engines as a necessity ever since. I also remember talking to him when he was about to retire to the Montana community that he loved, and how excited he was. Elinor, Sandra, Loretta, Deanna, & David our prayers are with you for comfort and strength. May our God of all comfort touch you with peace and fond memories. Walter & Joann Peterson, Schenevus, NY.

The picture I have in my heart and mind of Cousin Byron is of him laughing, talking, smiling among the family at the Thanksgiving get-togethers that were so important to him and all of us. My heart is filled with love for all the family.
