Dana Robin Birkoski of Glasgow, Montana away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the age of 51.
Dana was born to parents Ginger (Hanberg) and Jerry Bergren on August 14. 1967. She was blessed with three brothers Bob, Scot and Jesse Bergren.
Dana was a proud owner of her own business where she met the love of her life, Lee Birkoski. They married in Havre, Montana and later had two beautiful children together to join their other two daughters.
Mom and Dad went through many challenges together and stuck by each other’s side throughout. You should be best friends with someone before you get married, is something that was told to us growing up. This is exactly what they were, best friends.
Throughout her life, her passion for horses was fierce. Mom believed that horses live and represent a free spirit and that is how she viewed herself, as a free spirit. She looked for the beauty in everything.
Dana often said the world is an opportunity to grasp. Everything has an answer or solution. You just have to find the drive to obtain it, and never take no as an answer. Her sense of being independent made everyone smile, as she had her own way of doing things and living life.
Dana is survived by her son Parker Birkoski; daughters Cameron and Brittany Birkoski and Jennifer Birkoski-Bettin; her granddaughters Jesslynn and Katlynn Watkins, Peyton and Rylee Birkoski; her grandsons Tyler Watkins and Honor Bettin and her soulmate Lee Birkoski.
As per her wishes, Dana has been cremated and there will be no services.

I first got to know Dana when I was in 6th grade at St. Jude’s School. We used to go down and play with the 1st graders of which Dana was. She was a beautiful girl. I also got to know her very well by her aunt and one of my best friends Clea. She will leave a special place in my heart. I’m so sorry for your loss….but as they always say they take the best ones first. Love and prayers to all of the family of which they have included me in

I used to spend the night at Dana’s and her stupid bird Sonny would always sit on my head at 6am. And her bed had 60lbs worth of blankets on it. We had a lot of fun in high school, lots of road trips and riding 3 wheelers at the cabin. I will miss you and your smartass attitude, probably why we got along so well!! Fly with the angels my friend. I love you!!
